• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• We deliver within Nepal and may ship internationally where available; shipping options depend on destination.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier or customs processes.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered as per the delivery policy.
• Customized orders are processed within 5–7 days depending on stitching and preparation time.
• Orders may be cancelled before shipment; once shipped, normal return/exchange policies apply.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order if the size, colour, or fit is not right.
• Customized, altered, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for replacement unless defective.
• If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.
• Cash on delivery (COD) charges must be paid by the customer.
